The invention discloses a radial opening and closing film roof which comprises a hoberman radial extension net rack, wherein the hoberman radial extension net rack consists of a plurality of rhombus units from an overall perspective, and consists of a plurality of shearing type unit groups from a circumferential perspective; the shearing type unit groups are formed by radially arraying outer shearing type units and a plurality of inner shearing type units; an opening and closing film unit is arranged on each rhombus unit; each the opening and closing film unit comprises two equilong support rods and a film material; the upper ends of every two support rods are articulated mutually; the lower ends of every two support rods are articulated with two circumferential articulation nodes of each rhombus unit; a plane where every two support rods are located is perpendicular to the hoberman radial extension net rack; after the film materials are pushed open, the appearance is an approximate rectangular pyramid shape; the inner shearing type units are X-type; inner inhaul cable units are arranged below the inner shearing type units; each inner inhaul cable unit is a four-cable and one-rod type inhaul cable unit; and outer inhaul cable units are arranged below the outer shearing type units. The radial opening and closing film roof has the advantages that the radial opening and closing film roof is simple in structure, convenient to use and high in structural stiffness, and can be used in an opening state and a closing state.
