The invention discloses a tapestry brick for preventing falling off and a bonding method thereof. The tapestry brick comprises latticed grooves, wherein the latticed grooves are formed in the back face of the tapestry brick; a plurality of inverted-V-shaped grooves which are arranged regularly are formed in the position, close to the edge, of the back face; inverted-V-shaped openings at the heads of the inverted-V-shaped grooves are formed in the side face of the tapestry brick; tails of the inverted-V-shaped grooves are contracted to sharp shapes and located on the back face of the tapestry brick; and the inverted-V-shaped grooves bulge in the middle. The tapestry brick has the benefits as follows: the bonding strength of the tapestry brick is high, and the tapestry brick is not easy to fall off.
