The invention relates to maintenance equipment for external walls of buildings, in particular to a rotary suspended working platform. The rotary suspended working platform comprises a hanging bracket, and a rotating device is disposed at the middle position of the surface of a hanging bracket baseboard. The rotating device comprises an outer ring and an inner ring which match with each other in a rotating mode, wherein the outer ring is fixed in the middle position of the surface of the hanging bracket baseboard, the inner ring is fixed at the bottom of the suspended working platform, and a steel ball is arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring. A side wall of the suspended working platform is provided with a stop collar, and an adjustment lever penetrates into a central through hole of the stop collar which is also provided with a spacing hole surrounding the central through hole. A steering wheel is fixed at the top of the adjustment lever, a locating piece is fixed, at the position above the stop collar, on the adjustment lever, and a locating pin penetrates through the locating piece and the spacing hole sequentially. A gear is fixed at the lower end of the adjustment lever and is engaged with an external gear formed on the surface of the inner ring. By the adoption of the rotary suspended working platform, the inconvenience caused by external wall maintenance high above the ground is reduced, working surface is enlarged, working on a concavo-convex wall is safe and reliable, and great convenience is brought to user operation.
