Construction method for cast-in-place concrete hollow floor
The invention discloses a construction method for a cast-in-place concrete hollow floor. The method meets the waterproof requirement when the concrete contacts with the external surface of a plaster product fundamentally by wrapping a waterproof isolating membrane on the upper module and the lower module of a plaster cavity model box during the construction process. The water absorption is zero, much less than 5% which is an index requirement for the water absorption of a pore-forming core model of the hollow floor; the formed floor has the features of high structure strength, good pore-forming quality and the like; the concrete is poured for twice; the concrete is poured to 1/3 to 1/2 of the plaster cavity model box for the first time; after the concrete reaches the initial set, the concrete is poured and formed secondly; the buoyancy force, generated during the concrete pouring and tamping process, of the plaster cavity model box can be effectively balanced or exceeded, so that the plaster cavity model box does not shift and float; and the forming quality of the hollow floor can be ensued.
