Steel structure column base secondary grouting process
The invention discloses a steel structure column base secondary grouting process, which comprises the following steps of foundation processing, GSG (Germanosilicate Glass) high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material preparation and secondary casting. Wood plate formwork fence arrangement is performed in a position, requiring the steel structure column base installation, on a concrete foundation; then, a steel structure column base is arranged on an installing screw bolt in a sleeving way; a screw nut is used for fixation; and finally, a prepared GSG high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material mixed with water is guided into a wood plate formwork fence, and is enabled to be dry and solidified. Through adopting the mode, the steel structure column base secondary grouting process has the advantages that the GSG high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material is particularly used; a vibrating work procedure is not needed during the secondary casting; the compactness is high; the durability and the corrosion-resistant performance of the steel structure column base are improved; the installation of the steel structure column base is firmer; the service life is longer; and the safety is high.
