The invention relates to a multifunctional concrete pump truck. A concrete pump is fixed in a chassis of a main truck; an inlet of the concrete pump is communicated with a mixing hopper which is fixed to the chassis; an outlet of the mixing hopper is communicated with the lower end of a concrete conveying pipe by a feed pipe in a sealing way; the concrete conveying pipe is fixed to a cargo boom; the lower end of the cargo boom is hinged to a support; the support is fixed to a turnplate; the turnplate is hinged to the chassis; a winch is fixed to the support; a fixed pulley assembly is fixed to the upper end of the cargo boom; a steel rope on the winch goes round the fixed pulley assembly to be fixed on a lifting hook assembly; a lift cylinder is hinged between the cargo boom and the support; the upper end of the concrete conveying pipe is communicated with a multi-joint folding pipe by a connecting hose in a sealing way; and the multi-joint folding pipe is detachably fixed on the cargo boom. The multi-joint folding pipe is capable of conveying concrete to the required place; and the multifunctional concrete pump truck not only can lift a heavy object, but also can convey the concrete.
