The invention relates to the mechanical field, specifically to a lifting device and a lifting door. The lifting device comprises a power component, a telescopic rod, a pulley block and a transmission rope. The telescopic rod can be driven by the power component to move back and forth along the axis of the telescopic rod. The pulley block comprises a movable pulley and a fixed pulley, wherein the movable pulley is arranged at the end, far away from the power component, of the telescopic rod and the fixed pulley is located on the power component. The rotating shaft of the fixed pulley is fixedly connected to the power component. The movable pulley and the rotating axis of the fixed pulley are parallel. The transmission rope rounds the fixed pulley and the movable pulley. When the telescopic rod moves back and forth, the transmission rope can drive a lifted heavy object to move back and forth along with the telescopic rod. The lifting device is designed based on the reverse direction principle of movable pulleys, so that the stroke of the power component is effectively reduced.
