The invention discloses a cooperation structure of a door panel frame and a door core panel. The cooperation structure comprises the door panel frame and the door core panel, wherein slots are formed in the lateral walls of the door panel frame and the periphery of the door core panel is inserted into the slots. The cooperation structure also comprises elastic pieces which are connected with the slots and the door core panel, so that the door core panel can move to a certain extent relative to the door panel frame. The door core panel which occupies the maximum area of a door panel and which is with maximum potential deformation amount can be mutually independent from the door panel frame, so that the door core panel can freely move in a certain size range relative to the door panel frame, and furthermore the stability of the door panel at different environmental humidity is greatly increased.
