Single-valve hydro-pneumatic hydraulic pile hammer and method
The invention relates to a single-valve hydro-pneumatic hydraulic pile hammer and a method. The technical scheme is that the pile hammer comprises an oil distribution cabin, a single-valve core two-position three-way electro-hydraulic directional valve, a gas storage cabin, a dual-medium hydraulic cylinder, three high-pressure energy accumulators, three low-pressure energy accumulators, two oil guide steel pipes and a gas distributing cabin. When a solenoid valve control valve core body piston moves upwards, an oil-inlet passage of the hammer is communicated with the center of the single-valve core two-position three-way electro-hydraulic directional valve, an oil-returning passage of the hammer is sealed by the valve core, hydraulic oil from an oil pump and the high-pressure energy accumulators downwards flows to the gas distributing cabin through the oil guide steel pipes to enter an oil rod cavity of the dual-medium hydraulic cylinder to push a hydraulic cylinder piston to move upwards, and a piston rod pulls a hydraulic hammer core to move upwards, so as to realize the hammer lifting action. The pile hammer has the beneficial effects that the structural design of the oil distribution cabin is simplified, so that the processing is more simple; due to the design of the single-valve core two-position three-way electro-hydraulic directional valve, inlet oil and return oil are separated through displacement of the valve core and are not instantly communicated with each other; the hammer is more reliable in work and more convenient in maintenance.
