The invention discloses a waterfall water-draining wash basin. The waterfall water-draining wash basin comprises a faucet main body and a copper valve element, wherein the copper valve element is arranged in the faucet main body; a flow limiting valve and a sound reducing ring are arranged in the copper valve element; the flow limiting valve is used for controlling water draining amount during change of water pressure; the sound reducing ring has a water pressure buffering function when drained water impacts the copper valve element; a water draining net liner assembly is arranged on a water outlet of the faucet main body and comprises a honeycomb-shaped net liner, a U-shaped water draining net liner and a decorating plate; the honeycomb-shaped net liner can stop water immediately when drained water is stopped; the drained water is shaped by the U-shaped water draining net liner so that the water can be drained in a waterfall mode; and the decorating plate is adhered to the U-shaped water draining net liner. The flow limiting valve is arranged in the copper valve element, when water pressure is changed, the water draining amount can be controlled, and water pressure and water flow can be constant. When the drained water impacts the copper valve element, the sound reducing ring has effects of buffering water pressure and reducing noises. The honeycomb-shaped net liner is arranged in the water outlet and can stop water immediately when the drained water is stopped, the drained water is shaped by the U-shaped water draining net liner, and a waterfall water draining effect is achieved.
