Small-particle cement clinker
The invention discloses small-particle cement clinker. A control agent serves as a raw material component which is directly proportioned into a raw material in proportion. The raw material is calcined by adopting a novel dry-process kiln and the calcined clinker contains a lot of clinker particles which are fine-bead-shaped in appearance, wherein the small-particle clinker with the apparent particle size being 0.1-3.0 mm accounts for over 50% of all cement clinker. The control agent is selected from natural gypsum, anhydrite, fluorapatite, copper slag, steel slag, zinc slag, nickel slag, phosphorus slag and coal ash or combination thereof. The mixing amount of the control agent ranges from 0.1% to 5% compared to that of the cement raw material. Compared with common silicate cement, the cement clinker mineral structure provided by the invention has the effects of low energy consumption, low carbon, high strength and the like.
