Method for preparing expanded products by using fine perlite powder
The invention relates to a method for preparing expanded products by using fine perlite powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the fine perlite powder into water glass, and mechanically stirring to obtain a sol; (2) molding the sol and drying to obtain an intermediate material; (3) carrying out heat treatment to the intermediate material under the conditions of heat preservation at 400-600 DEG C for 5-30 minutes to obtain the expanded products. According to the method provided by the invention, the fine perlite powder is used as a raw material, the energy consumption is low, the profit margin is large, and the waste tailings can be effectively used, therefore, the method is of great economic and social significance; the expanded products include particle materials and block materials, which are stable in physical and chemical properties, simple in preparation process, and suitable for industrial production.
