The invention discloses a preparation method of a moistureproof hollow brick. The method comprises the following steps of putting 20 to 25 parts of cement, 3 to 5 parts of navajoite tailings and 6 to 8 parts of pulverized fuel ash into an agitating device, turning on the agitating device, and then putting 30 to 35 parts of masonry dreg particles, 7 to 9 parts of gypsum and 2 to 4 parts of clay into the agitating device in batches or at the same time according to a required mix proportion; putting 1.5 to 3.5 parts of rosin foaming agents and 0.6 to 0.8 part of foam stabilizing agent into water at the same time, uniformly agitating an obtained mixture, afterwards, putting a solution into the agitating device, pouring 0.5 to 0.7 part of water reducing agent into the agitating device after a newly obtained mixture is agitated to be in a mortar state, and conveying a last obtained mixture into a mold through a pumping device. The preparation method of the moistureproof hollow brick is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and is firm in structure and good in moisture proofness, and a large number of various mining wastes are used for providing a new raw material source for a hollow brick.
