Silicon carbide ceramic powder modified through aluminum nitride and preparation method of silicon carbide ceramic powder
The invention relates to a silicon carbide ceramic powder modified through aluminum nitride and a preparation method of the silicon carbide ceramic powder. The method includes the steps that 1, an aluminum source, a carbon source, silicon carbide powder and anhydrous ethanol are evenly mixed, dried, ground and screened, and a ceramic biscuit is obtained through dry pressing; 2, the ceramic biscuit is heated under a vacuum condition at the temperature of 600-1050 DEG C and cracked; 3, the ceramic biscuit obtained after thermal cracking is subjected to a carbothermal reduction reaction under nitrogen atmosphere at the temperature of 1500-1750 DEG C; 4, the ceramic biscuit having been subjected to the carbothermal reduction reaction is ground and screened, and the silicon carbide ceramic powder modified through the aluminum nitride and carbon is obtained. In the silicon carbide ceramic powder modified through the aluminum nitride and prepared through the method, the aluminum nitride enters silicon carbide lattices in a solid solution, and later sintering experiment results indicate that sintering activity of the powder is improved.
