The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and relates to a method for rapidly depositing and preparing a C/C composite material by a direct heating method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: a prepared prefabricated body is fixed in a depositing furnace, so that the prefabricated body is switched on and heated; the heat generated by heating the prefabricated body enables the carbon source gas to reach pyrolysis temperature, so that the carbon source gas is pyrolyzed, and depositing densification is performed; finally, the densified material is graphitized so as to obtain the C/C composite material. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the equipment investment is low, the operation is simple, the depositing speed is adjustable, the deposition efficiency is high, the energy sources are saved, and the C/C composite material can be prepared without extra equipment.
