The invention discloses a dual vibrating mechanism provided with a belt wheel, an ironing plate and a paver. The dual vibrating mechanism provided with the belt wheel is used for compacting and paving materials and comprises a vibrating shaft, vibrating bearing seats, vibrating blades, a fixed bearing seat and the belt wheel. A fixed bearing seat installation section and vibrating bearing seat installation sections are arranged on the vibrating shaft. The vibrating bearing seat installation sections include the first vibrating bearing seat installation section and the second vibrating bearing seat installation section, and the first vibrating bearing seat installation section and the second vibrating bearing seat installation section are eccentric relative to the axis of the fixed bearing seat installation section and are located on the inner side of the fixed bearing seat installation section. The vibrating blades include the first vibrating blade connected with the first vibrating bearing seat and the second vibrating blade connected with the second vibrating bearing seat. The belt wheel is arranged at one end of the vibrating shaft and located on the outer side of the fixed bearing seat. According to the dual vibrating mechanism provided with the belt wheel, the ironing plate and the paver, the maximum alternating stress of the vibrating shaft can be greatly reduced, and the capacity of resisting fatigue loads of the vibrating shaft can be further improved.
