The invention discloses a reverse installation reinforcement system of a wind power generation tower foundation ring foundation. The reverse installation reinforcement system comprises a draught fan tower cylinder (1) and the foundation ring foundation (2). The foundation ring foundation (2) comprises a concrete foundation (3) and a foundation ring (4). The lower end of the foundation ring (4) is embedded in the concrete foundation (3). An upper flange (5) is arranged at the upper end of the foundation ring (4). A draught fan tower cylinder bottom section lower flange (6) is arranged at the lower end of the draught fan tower cylinder (1). Brackets (7) are welded to the two sides of the draught fan tower cylinder bottom section lower flange (6). Hydraulic jacks (15) are arranged below the brackets (7). A joint piece ejecting plate (8) is inserted between the upper flange (5) and the draught fan tower cylinder bottom section lower flange (6) and is supported by the top face of the concrete foundation (3) through a steel support. The foundation ring (4) and the draught fan tower cylinder (1) are connected through a replacement high-strength bolt (9). By means of the reverse installation reinforcement system, the anti-cracking and anti-fatigue capacity of the foundation ring can be improved, and the problem that the foundation ring foundation cracks due to fatigue can be solved.
