Movable-arm-lifting energy conservation system for loader
The invention discloses a movable-arm-lifting energy conservation system for a loader. The system comprises an oil way system and a circuit system, wherein the oil way system comprises a throttle valve, an oil tank, a working pump, a multi-way valve and a tipping cylinder; the circuit system comprises a magnetic valve, a pressure relay, a proximity switch and a power supply; and the magnetic valve is connected between the F port and the G port of the multi-way valve, a small cavity of the tipping cylinder is directly connected with the oil tank through reversing of the magnetic valve, so that oil return is realized and overflowing caused by compression of the small cavity of the tipping cylinder is eliminated. According to the system, when an unloading and limiting block of a bucket is attached to a movable arm, the movable arm is allowed to be lifted continuously, so that the small cavity can overflow successfully, that is, the tipping cylinder can extend automatically and successfully, the resistance caused by automatic extension of the tipping cylinder during lifting of the movable arm is reduced; and at the same time, the calorific value of a hydraulic system and the energy consumption are reduced. Accordingly, the movable arm can be lifted when the bucket is located in any position, and the flexibility of the whole machine and the work adaptation are improved.
