At least one filling block is arranged in the balance weight shell. A vertically-through containing cavity is formed in each filling block. Distribution baffles are arranged between the filling blocks and the cover plate. Each distribution baffle is provided with an oblique slope. Distribution holes communicated with the containing cavity are formed in the distribution baffles. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the fluidity of filling concrete can be improved so that filling can be made more uniform, and it is guaranteed that the obtained balance weight has good balance performance.
