The invention provides a water trap seal built-in splashproof stool comprising a stool seat, a stool body inner wall, a water trap and a water seal. The water trap seal built-in splashproof stool is characterized in that the gradient of the stool body inner wall is increased and the water trap is backwardly and downwardly moved, so the water trap water seal is backwardly moved to avoid exposure to outside; the height of the water seal can be remained more than 50cm and the front edge of the water seal is within the midperpendicular line of the back edge of the stool, so excrements can be prevented from directly falling down on the water and causing water splash; international requirements of pollution prevention effect of the water trap seal can be remained and stool water splash can be avoided; and water resources can be reduced and environment can be protected, so users can use the stool without any worries.
