The bottom of the outer tube is provided with a hermetic bottom plate; the wall of the outer tube is provided with a water outlet; the top of the outer tube is provided with a turned edge facing outward; the upper end of the middle tube is provided with a neck matching with the outer tube in inside diameter; the top of the middle tube is provided with a turned edge facing out, and the wall of the middle tube is provided with a plurality of water outlets. The upper end of the inner tube is provided with a neck matching with the middle tube in inside diameter. The bottom of the inner tube is provided with a filter mesh hole.
