The invention relates to a method of dredging a sewer line by sewer line water dredging equipment. The method includes the steps of 1, starting a hydraulic motor to drive a turbine to rotate, and allowing the turbine to rotate to drive cylindrical rollers meshing with the turbine, to rotate, so that a chain is driven to axially move; 2, allowing axial motion of the chain to drive the sewer line water dredging equipment to move back or forth; 3, when the sewer line water dredging equipment meets an obstacle during forward moving, keeping the sewer line water dredging equipment, which is unable to move forward with the chain slipping, to tightly contact the obstacle, allowing continuous rotation of the chain to drive the cylindrical rollers on the chain to crush the obstacle and move the crushed obstacle to a high-pressure sprayer; 4, allowing the high-pressure sprayer to spray high-pressure water to dilute the crushed obstacle and flush away the diluted obstacle. The method allows thorough cleaning of the sewer line and is lower in consumption of manpower and material resources.
