The invention relates to a fire-proof insulating brick and a wall body adopting the same, and belongs to the technical field of walls of buildings. The fire-proof insulating brick comprises a front sheet body, a middle sheet body and a rear sheet body which are arranged in an overlapped manner, wherein the front sheet body and the rear sheet body are arranged oppositely; a half of the middle sheet body is clamped between the front sheet body and the rear sheet body, so as to define a groove used for clamping of an adjacent fire-proof insulating brick; the other half of the middle sheet body protrudes out of the front sheet body and the rear sheet body, so as to form a tenon to be clamped into another adjacent fire-proof insulating brick; each sheet body comprises a cavity penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet body; each cavity extends from the left end of the corresponding sheet body to the right end of the sheet body in the length direction of the sheet body; an insulating piece is clamped in each cavity. The fire-proof insulating brick has the effects that a building can be built with less energy resources, rain leakage through horizontal seams can be avoided, and fire can be blocked effectively when a fire occurs.
