Production method of light-weight partition wall board
The invention discloses a production method of a light-weight partition wall board. The light-weight partition wall board comprises panels and a core material, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the core material are provided with the panels; the core material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentages by weight: 30% of magnesium oxide, 15% of magnesium chloride, 20% of straw, 20% of saw powder, 5% of talcum powder, 5% of dry mountain flour, 2.5% of diffusant, and 2.5% of modifying agent; the production method of the light-weight partition wall board comprises the following production steps of (1), weighing various raw materials in proportion for later use; (2), uniformly mixing the straw, the saw powder, the talcum powder and the dry mountain flour for later use; (3), mixing the magnesium chloride with water to prepare brine of which the baume degree is 21 degrees; (4), mixing and agitating all materials to be pasty; (5), laying a reinforcing device at the bottom of a mold, afterwards, pouring a pasty mixture into the mold for molding, laying a reinforcing device on the surface of the mold, and maintaining the pasty mixture poured into the mold for molding at a constant temperature; (6), finally, fixing the panels on the surfaces of the molded core material. According to the production method of the light-weight partition wall board, the waste straw and the saw powder are sufficiently utilized as the main materials, and the light-weight partition wall board has the advantages of light weight, high strength, resource saving and the like.
