The invention relates to a concrete conveying pump vehicle capable of conducting stirring. A hopper is fixed to the rear portion of a frame of a main vehicle, a stirring machine fixed to the frame is arranged below the hopper, a discharging port of the stirring machine is communicated with the concrete hopper, a feeding port of a concrete pump is fixed to a discharging port of the concrete hopper in a sealed mode, a discharging port of the concrete pump is communicated with the lower end of a foldable conveying pipe in a sealed mode through a connecting pipe, the upper end of the conveying pipe is communicated with a discharging pipe in a sealed mode, the conveying pipe is fixed to a multi-section foldable arm frame, the lower end of the multi-section foldable arm frame is hinged to the frame, and a main oil cylinder is hinged between the multi-section foldable arm frame and the frame. The concrete conveying pump vehicle is simple in structure, low in cost and especially suitable for construction of vast rural area and remote external infrastructures.
