The present invention discloses an automatic elevating leaning ladder for transporting photovoltaic panels safely and efficiently. The automatic elevating leaning ladder comprises a movable pedestal, a telescopic ladder rack connected to the movable pedestal, a bracket which is used for loading the photovoltaic panels and moves in the length direction of the telescopic ladder rack, and an elevating device used for driving the bracket to move. The photovoltaic panels are transported in batch to high altitude by the elevating device, and stability and safety during the transportation process are ensured; and the automatic elevating leaning ladder has the characteristics that manpower and material resources are saved and flexibility is high, and therefore construction efficiency is largely improved, and hidden crack of the photovoltaic panels can be completely eradicated.
