The invention discloses a method for tilt centralizing adjustment of transmission line steel towers. The method includes: increasing a boot plate of the sinking boot foot by delta h on the basis that original structural size is not changed according to an on-site steel tower foundation settlement measurement value under the line running condition, wherein the delta h is foundation sinking height difference; redesigning to heightening the steel tower boot foot, and removing the sinking steel tower boot foot, wherein a steel tower is supported by other steel tower feet; replacing an original steel tower boot foot to enable all the steel tower feet to be kept horizontal. The method for tilt centralizing adjustment of the transmission line steel towers is suitable for structural design of straight lines of transmission lines of various voltage grades and steel tower centralizing adjustment after sinking of steel tower foundations so as to prevent steel tower tilting parts from being damaged, improve reliability in line operation and prolong the service life.
