A stereo garage lifting device comprises a supporting base, a power source oil cylinder, a balance chain wheel, an annular chain, a differential chain wheel, a bearing support and a lifting piece. The power source oil cylinder, the balance chain wheel, the annular chain, the differential chain wheel, the bearing support and the lifting piece are fixed to the supporting base. The power source oil cylinder is located at one end of the supporting base. The telescopic end of the power source oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the balance chain wheel. The bearing support is located at the other end of the supporting base. The bearing support is opposite to the telescopic end of the power source oil cylinder. The lifting piece and the differential chain wheel are coaxially and fixedly arranged and then are installed on the bearing support. The pointing direction of the telescopic end of the power source oil cylinder is perpendicular to the axial direction of the lifting piece. The balance chain wheel is parallel to a large gear and a small gear of the differential chain wheel. After winding around a large chain wheel of the differential chain wheel, the balance chain wheel and a small chain wheel of the differential chain wheel, the annular chain is suspended below the differential chain wheel, and the stroke of the lifting piece is adjusted through the annular chain. The invention further provides a stereo garage.
