Energy-saving sound insulation door
The invention discloses an energy-saving sound insulation door which comprises a door frame and a door leaf. The door frame is of a split structure. A traditional whole type door frame is divided into an inner door frame and an outer door frame. The inner frame and the outer frame are connected through strip-shaped adjustable angle steel. An aluminum alloy or plastic sealing plate is used between the inner frame and the outer frame for sealing/covering (when the aluminum alloy sealing plate is used, a rubber and plastic sealing strip is added at one end). A wave-shaped silence rubber strip is arranged at the attaching face (the seam allowance position) of the door frame and the door leaf. Cold bridges of the door frame and the door leaf can be separated, indoor and outdoor heat conduction can be prevented, energy is saved, silencing can be achieved, collision during closing of the door leaf and the door frame is lowered, and outdoor sound and vibration conduction is lowered. The door frame width (embedded wall width) size is adjustable, standard size production can be achieved for product door frames with different wall thicknesses, the material using rate and the production efficiency are improved, the current situation that only one side of a whole door frame of an existing steel door can be provided with a decorating side can be effectively solved, and product attractiveness is improved.
