The invention provides a spouting device for preventing materials from being deposited and blocked in a pipeline. The spouting device comprises a device platform, a spouting cantilever, a feeding mechanism and a spouting mechanism, the spouting cantilever is arranged on the device platform, the spouting mechanism is connected onto the spouting cantilever and sequentially comprises a feeding port, an extrusion device, an air inlet and a nozzle along the flow direction of the spouted materials, the feeding mechanism is used for feeding the feeding port of the extrusion device of the spouting mechanism, the extrusion device extrudes the materials at the feeding port to the nozzle, and the air inlet is formed in a spouted material path from the extrusion device to the nozzle and used for blowing in airflow and driving the spouted materials to be sprayed from the nozzle. As the spouting mechanism is directly placed on the cantilever, the length of the material path between the extrusion device and the nozzle can be shortened as far as possible, deposition of the materials is avoided, and the device cannot be blocked.
