An underground rain sewage pre-treatment station connected to a deep layer tunnel drainage system comprises a water inflow well, at least two sets of screenings separation devices, at least two sets of sand grain removing devices and a water outflow well. The water inflow well is connected with a shallow layer drainage system and used for collecting rain sewage from the shallow layer drainage system. The screenings separation devices are connected with the water inflow well and used for filtering out screenings in the rain sewage. The sand grain removing devices are connected with the screenings separation devices and used for removing sand grains in the rain sewage. The water outflow well is connected with the sand grain removing devices and an inflow device of the deep layer tunnel drainage system and used for discharging filtered sewage out of the deep layer tunnel drainage system. The deep layer tunnel drainage system is used for pre-treating the rain sewage entering a deep tunnel, intercepting suspended solids, floating substances and other impurities, removing the sand grains and other particulate matter, relieving accumulation of sediment in the running process of the deep tunnel, reducing maintaining and managing workloads, prolonging the service life of equipment and saving cost.
