The invention provides a water storage and transportation water quality fresh loading device, wherein a water inlet, a water pump, a filter, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp and a water outlet are orderly connected in the water storage and transportation water quality fresh loading device through a pipeline. The water storage and transportation water quality fresh loading device adopts a combined mode activated carbon filtration and ultraviolet sterilization, firstly an activated carbon filter effectively removes organics and colloids in water and bad flavors such as residual chlorine and the like by adopting an adsorption method, and reduces chroma of water, then bacteria is inactivated through radiated energy of an ultraviolet sterilizer, molecular structures of cells are changed through a photochemical reaction, thereby affecting normal function of microorganisms. Ultraviolet light has penetrability to cell walls, and the energy of the ultraviolet light reacts with other important cell components, thereby causing the cells to be injured or die. The water storage and transportation water quality fresh loading device retains freshness of water quality of stored and transported water, and enables water to achieve hygienic standard of national drinking water.
