The invention discloses a cement accelerating admixture. The cement accelerating admixture comprises a mixed solution which is composed of, by mass, 30-40% of aluminum sulfate, 3%-8% of sodium fluoride, 2%-4% of triethanolamine, 0-3% of polyacrylamide and 45%-60% of water and serves as a main ingredient. The cement accelerating admixture is liquid which is transparent and good in liquidity, and the defects that a traditional alkali-free accelerating admixture is thick and large in stirring resistance are solved. According to experiments, the initial setting time is short, the final setting time is short, the compressive strength is higher than the international degree, the accelerating admixture is free of crystals, the application range is wide, and a higher actual value and a higher economic value are obtained.
