The present invention discloses an underglazered blue and white porcelain, wherein the porcelain billet comprises waste porcelain, natural clay, calcined talc, feldspar, alumina micro-powder, silicon nitride, black soil and wollastonite, and the underglazered blue and white porcelain comprises cuprous oxide, zinc oxide, cobalt oxide, quartz, limestone, lithium feldspar, ulexite, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, ferric oxide, tin dioxide, zirconium silicate, zinc borate, montmorillonite, sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose and sodium humate. According to the present invention, the compositions of the porcelain billet and the glaze are optimized to improve the coloring effect, the hardness, the stability and other physical and chemical properties of the porcelain, such that the product quality completely meets the industry and life requirements, and the waste utilization effect is provided.
