Low-air-entraining enhanced solid polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-air-entraining enhanced solid polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The invention is characterized in that the water reducing agent is a comb polymer of which the weight average molecular weight is 22000-47000. The water reducing agent is prepared by carrying out one-step mass polymerization on the following components under solvent-free conditions: 1 part of unsaturated polyethenoxy ether A, 0.05-0.18 part of ether small monomer B, 0.005-0.01 part of hydrophilic amino acid C, 0.08-0.185 part of silane monomer D, 0.1-0.23 part of unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer E, 0.008-0.014 part of initiator, 0.006-0.013 part of chain-transfer agent and 0.06-0.12 part of neutralizer. The water reducing agent has the advantages of simple synthesis technique, low concrete air-entraining amount, transportation cost saving, environment friendliness, no pollution and the like.
