The invention discloses an anti-sliding device for a hawser winding machine, and relates to the technical field of hawser winding equipment. The anti-sliding device for the hawser winding machine comprises two annular lining plates and a plurality of axial connecting rods installed between the two annular lining plates in a penetrating mode. The two annular lining plates are constituted by a plurality of circular-arc side plates which are overlapped at the heads and ends, and center holes are formed in the annular lining plates. An anti-sliding seat is arranged at one of the annular lining plates. A first oscillating bar and a second oscillating bar with a stretching plate are hinged to the anti-sliding plate, and the first oscillating bar and the second oscillating bar are hinged to the connecting rods through a first hinge shaft and a second hinge shaft respectively. A radial rod is installed at the stretching plate of the second oscillating bar through a nut, an arc-shaped panel is arranged at the upper end of the radial rod, the arc orientation of the arc-shaped panel is same to that of center holes of the annular lining plates, and a rubber plate is arranged at the inner side of the arc-shaped face of the arc-shaped panel. Compared with the prior art, the anti-sliding device for the hawser winding machine can solve the problem that an existing winding machine can slide downward when the winding machine stops moving on a slant hawser.
