The invention discloses a circular concrete culvert mounting device. The device comprises a downstream end, an upstream end, a steel wire rope and a tensioner, wherein the downstream end is an L-shaped frame formed by fixedly connecting a vertical part with a horizontal part; the upstream end is a rectangular frame provided with transverse rib columns; the tensioner is fixed at the horizontal part, one end of the steel wire rope penetrates through the tensioner, and the other end is fixedly connected with one transverse rib column. The device can be used for mounting circular concrete culverts in place at a time, repeated adjustment is not required, the water stop effect at culvert joints is good, follow-up treatment is not required, the device is very convenient to operate, and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved; the device is simple to machine and low in cost.
