The invention relates to a post-grouting closing and reinforcing method used after sand drain surcharge preloading. The method includes the first step that sand drain surcharge preloading design and sand drain pile composite foundation design are performed; the second step that a sand drain pile is piled and a pvc spline tube is pre-buried; the third step that surcharge preloading construction is performed; the fourth step that preloading treatment effect inspection of a soil test is performed after unloading; the fifth step that post-grouting of the sand drain pile is performed; the sixthly step that composite foundation treatment effect is detected. Drainage and consolidation treatment is carried out on a silt soft clay layer through sand drain surcharge preloading, then the pre-buried grouting tube is used for performing post-grouting on the sand drain pile, a foundation is converted into a cement sand pile net composite foundation through grouting, and bearing capacity of the foundation is improved.
