Construction method of granular material ram-expanded pile composite foundation
A construction method of a granular material ram-expanded pile composite foundation is applied to foundation reinforcement treatment on soft or poor foundation soil. Granular material ram-expanded piles are formed by a given-force variable-stiffness pile ram-expanding machine invented by the property owner, pile holes are formed by ramming and submerging pile pipes into a soil layer under the action of the dynamic stress, then materials mixed in proportion are placed into the pile holes in a segmented manner, for the mixed granular materials according to conditions of the soil layer, predetermined first-section expanded heads are formed through ramming expanding in designed predetermined positions, namely, positions below the pile pipes, feeding and ram-expanding are performed continuously section by section according to the conditions of the soil layer, and then granular material pile sections with the first sections provided with the expanded heads can be manufactured; the given-force effect is exerted on a to-be-reinforced soil body repeatedly during pile formation; pile manufacturing processes for all sections provided with the expanded heads and the pile sections are repeated, and granular material flexible piles provided with multiple sections of expanded heads are formed; then the machine is moved to repeat the power pile formation process. The method can be applied to new construction and pathological accident handling projects.
