The invention discloses an accessory connector with a spacing and variable damping function, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery. The accessory connector comprises an accessory installing seat which is connected with a bucket rod seat through a pin shaft, a friction disk which is arranged between the end face of the bucket rod seat and the accessory installing seat is installed on the pin shaft in a sleeved mode, one side of the accessory installing seat is provided with a feeding rod which is driven by a motor, the free end of the feeding rod is provided with a damper which abuts against the friction disk, a force transducer is installed on the accessory installing seat, and the force transducer and the motor are electrically connected with a controller. The problem that an existing accessory connector is prone to colliding and shaking in the work process is solved.
