The invention discloses a sewage discharging and tank cleaning valve for a water tank. A valve shell of the sewage discharging and tank cleaning valve is provided with a water inlet channel, a water outlet channel, a water stop hole and a pressing hole internally. The water inlet channel is separated from the water outlet channel by a water stop body. The water stop hole is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the center lines of the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel. The center line of the pressing hole and the center line of the water stop hole are on the same straight line or parallel or approximately parallel to each other. The water inlet channel and the water outlet channel in the valve shell without the water stop body are connected to form a channel which runs through the water stop hole. A mounting thread is arranged on the outer surface of the valve shell and is screwed into a connection hole of the bottom of the water tank. A rubber spring and the water stop body are mounted in the water stop hole. A handle penetrates the pressing hole to be fixedly connected with one end of the water stop body. The sewage discharging and tank cleaning valve has the advantages that after the sewage discharging and tank cleaning valve simple in structure and convenient to produce and use is used, sediments at the bottom of the water tank is discharged out of the water tank only by pressing the handle, the sediments accumulated at the bottom of the water tank are cleared away without water tank cleaning, and sanitation of drinking water in the domestic water tank is guaranteed.
