Prestressed cable-strut stretchable grid structure
The invention discloses a prestressed cable-strut stretchable grid structure which can be folded in a one-way mode. The grid structure is formed by connecting multiple inverted foldable quadrangular pyramid units in an array distribution mode and comprises the folding direction and the non-folding direction which are horizontally orthogonal. Quadrangular pyramid units of the same height are arranged in the non-folding direction, and three kinds of quadrangular pyramid units of different heights are arranged in the folding direction. Upper chords in the folding direction are telescopic rods, upper chords, lower chords and web members in the non-folding direction are rigid rods, and prestressed cables are arranged on lower chords in the folding direction. On the premise of guaranteeing high rigidity and bearing capacity of the grid structure, the stretching function of the grid structure is achieved through hinging at lower chord joints; through height variation and the arrangement of the prestressed cables in the folding direction and the full utilization of the high tensile performance of cable body materials, the overall bearing capacity and rigidity of the structure are improved, and the weight of the structure is reduced.
