The invention discloses an outdoor floor decker and holders used for the floor decker. The floor decker comprises multiple plates which are long-strip-shaped flat plates, and the plates are distributed in the width direction side by side. The holders are located between adjacent plates. Each holder is fixedly connected with each of every two adjacent plates, and accordingly the adjacent plates can be fixed at certain intervals. Each interval comprises an arc-shaped meshing part so that a thin piece mechanism can make contact with the corresponding holder from the position above a gap of an adjacent floor decker, an acute angle is formed between each thin piece mechanism and the plane of the floor decker, and damaged plates are convenient to detach. Besides, the holders are made of elastic metal. Besides, different-length side wings provided with arch-shaped parts can be designed, and the side wings are matched with guide corners at the bottom ends of the plates, so that new plates can be conveniently installed when the floor decker is not detached as a whole. The floor decker can reduce moisture corrosion, and solves the problem that the plates are inconvenient to disassemble and assemble.
