The invention relates to a three-dimension lamination manufacture ceramic lock accessory and a manufacture method thereof; the ceramic lock accessory is used for inserting into a pre-opened hole of a ceramic blank, and firing with the ceramic blank; a bolt hole of the ceramic lock accessory is arranged in a first end face or directly penetrates the first end face and a second end face; an oblique surface of the ceramic lock accessory is connected between the first and second end faces and matched with an inner wall surface of the bolt hole; the wall thickness between the oblique surface and the inner wall surface of the bolt hole gradually increases from the first end face to the second end face. The ceramic blank is fired and condensed; the special structure of the oblique surface of the ceramic lock accessory enables the ceramic blank to tightly buckle with the ceramic lock accessory without dropping off; in addition, the bolt hole allows machinery connection, so a screw or bolt can connect with same material or heterostructure material.
