The invention discloses a falling-preventing curtain-wall top-hung window. The falling-preventing curtain-wall top-hung window comprises a vertically-arranged stand column, a horizontally-arranged transverse beam, a base, a window frame, a sash and a pin shaft. The upper end and the lower end of the stand column are fixed to a building. The transverse beam is fixed to the stand column. The base and the window frame are fixed to the transverse beam, and the base is provided with a first through hole. One side of the sash is arranged on the base through the pin shaft, glass is fixed to the other side of the sash, and a second through hole is formed in the upper portion of the sash. The pin shaft penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole, so that the sash is installed in the mode of being capable of rotating around the pin shaft. The falling-preventing curtain-wall top-hung window has the advantages that as the sash fixedly provided with the glass is rotatably installed through the pin shaft, the connecting strength is improved, separation of the sash is avoided, and the service life of the falling-preventing curtain-wall top-hung window is prolonged; as a rubber check rail capable of covering the rotation space is arranged, rainwater is prevented from entering the interior of a room along the rotation space.
