The invention belongs to the technical field of water supply and relates to an enclosed auxiliary tank. Water incoming is controlled for both a solar water heater and a high-level tank through a float valve. If the auxiliary tank has no overflow prevention, once the float valve fails, overflowing occurs; meanwhile, both the solar water heater and the high-level tank are mounted at equal heights on a roof, overflowing is rarely discovered, and a great deal of water is lost in vain. The enclosed auxiliary tank comprises a housing, a blocking valve, the float valve, an inflow valve, a transmission tube and a waterstop valve. The enclosed auxiliary tank is characterized in that the blocking valve is disposed at a water outlet arranged in the bottom of the housing; a snap spring connected with a hemispherical seal is relieved and supported via buoyancy, the hemispherical seal sinks and blocks the water outlet owing to its gravity being greater than that of water; the waterstop valve at the top of the housing blocks a gas outlet owing to water level rise and the hemispherical seal being greater than the water in gravity. After the enclosed auxiliary tank is sealed, interior pressure pushes a piston rod of the transmission tube to move, a handle of the piston rod is in motion and pushes a handle of the inflow valve to rotate, the inflow valve is turned off, and a water supply passage is cut off. The enclosed auxiliary tank is simple in structure, high in reliability and low in cost.
