Preparation method of MgB2 superconducting magnetic shielding device working at 20K
The invention discloses a preparation method of an MgB2 superconducting magnetic shielding device working at 20K. The preparation method comprises the steps that an MgB2 superconducting block material is smashed and is fully ground, a die is utilized to press the material into a required shape, and thus a shielding device precursor is obtained; after 700-750 DEG C sintering, borohydride magnesium sol gel liquid is placed into the shielding device precursor, and is uniformly attached to the inner wall of the device by a spinning machine; and after 450-500 DEG C thermal processing, the borohydride magnesium sol gel liquid is subjected to dehydrogenation to form an MgB2 superconducting film with a compact structure, and the MgB2 superconducting film is closely attached to the inner wall of the shielding device, thereby obtaining the MgB2 superconducting magnetic shielding device. According to the invention, a powder sintering method and a sol gel method are combined to manufacture the high-performance MgB2 superconducting magnetic shielding device of which the working temperature is 20 K (253 DEG C below zero), and the operation requirement of an MgB2 superconducting quantum interference device can be met.
