Fiber-reinforced combined light aggregate concrete for structures
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete for structures, and particularly relates to fiber-reinforced combined light aggregate concrete for structures. The fiber-reinforced combined light aggregate concrete comprises, by weight, 100 parts of aggregates, 0.4-11.8 parts of water, 19.8-30.7 parts of cement, 2.6-7.2 parts of fly ash, 1.3-3.7 parts of silicon ash, 0.3-0.9 part of plastic-steel fibers and 0.2-0.7 part of water reducing agents. The fiber-reinforced combined light aggregate concrete is characterized in that mutual mechanical meshing effects can be realized by two types of ceramsite with different grain shapes in cement slurry, stress concentration phenomena can be effectively prevented, and accordingly the strength of the concrete can be obviously improved; certain quantities of the plastic-steel fibers are doped into the fiber-reinforced combined light aggregate concrete, accordingly, upward floating of light aggregates can be effectively suppressed, and the problem of brittle failures can be solved; partial cement can be replaced by the fly ash and the silicon ash, accordingly, the cost can be reduced, and resources can be saved. Compared with common light aggregate concrete, the fiber-reinforced combined light aggregate concrete has the advantages that the fiber-reinforced combined light aggregate concrete is high in strength and excellent in workability, upward floating of the light aggregates can be effectively suppressed, the problem of brittle failures can be solved, and the like.
