Cinder light partition board
The invention relates to a cinder light partition board which is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 90 to 110 parts of water, 60 to 80 parts of graded sand, 70 to 90 parts of inflated pearlite, 90 to 110 parts of graded cinder, 3 to 7 parts of short fiber, 8 to 12 parts of coal ash, 3 to 7 parts of silicon powder and 3 to 7 parts of strong water reducing agent. The cinder light partition board has the following advantages that: (1) the wall unit weight is low, the construction load is small, and the construction cost is low; (2) the self weight is low, the transportation and installation are convenient, and compared with a traditional process, the cost is low; (3) a manual toothless saw can be used for conveniently cutting and processing on an installation site, the flexibility of site installation is low, the efficiency is high, and the cost is low; (4) a wall is thin, and a less construction area is occupied relatively; (5) multi-pore light aggregates are adopted, so that the sound insulation effect is relatively good.
