The preparation method comprises the following steps of adding nanometer ceramic powder into silica sol, and performing stirring to prepare suspension; preheating a matrix test sample at 200 to 300 DEG C, and impregnating the matrix test sample in the suspension; ultrasonically cleaning and drying the impregnated test sample to form a coating on the surface of the matrix test sample; repeating the step of impregnating the test sample in the suspension until the thickness of the coating reaches a required thickness to prepare the multi-phase nanometer ceramic coating on the surface of the matrix test sample. The high-temperature-resistant and oxidation-resistant multi-phase nanometer ceramic coating prepared by the method can be well combined with a matrix, is prepared under a low-temperature condition, and is low in cost and convenient to industrially produce, the nanometer structure of the coating can be controlled on the basis of resisting high temperature and oxidation, the preparation cycle is short, and the process is simple.
